Emitec under new ownership
Transfer of ownership completed on August 1, 2023
With regards to the transfer of ownership of Vitesco Technologies Emitec GmbH to the Munich based investor Lenbach Equity Opportunes II GmbH & C0 KG (LEO II) advise and represented by the DUBAG Group, the transaction was closed on August 1, 2023.
As mentioned in our last announcement the company name of the German legal entity changed to Emitec Technologies GmbH on the July 1, 2023
All further details such as the current management team, all production sites and addresses, your customer contacts, the company registration number, DUNS number, tax number. EORI number and bank details of the new Emitec Technologies GmbH will remain unchanged.
Our new email accounts @emitec.com are fully functional.
Please note that after August 1, 2023 all emails addressed to the vitesco.com addresses will not be accessible
and will not be forwarded to us.
