LD Engine Test Benches

  • 3 x 230 kW and 2 x 400 kW
  • 2 benches in climatic chamber ( -20° – 35°C)
  • Emission measurement system for Diesel and Gasoline

  • Fully equipped with exhaust gas measurement technique
  • Standard and customized test cycles

Dynamic engine test beds – HD vehicles applications

  • 1 x 400 kW, max 2500 Nm, 5000 rpm and 1 x 600 kW, max. 4000 Nm, 4000 rpm
  • Ready for fully automated operation
  • Fully equipped with exhaust gas measurement technique
  • Fuel supply – tank system with 7 tanks (7 different fuel types possible)

Flow distribution measurement:

  • Three axis measurement with hot wire anemometer at constant Reynolds number
  • Air volume flow up to max. 3000 Nm³/h (depending on the setup)
  • Setup: catalyst substrates with or without manifolds, turbocharge

Backpressure measurement:

  • Air volume flow up to max. 2000 Nm³/h (depending on the setup)
  • Air stream heater for constant temperature at 100 °C
  • Setup: catalyst substrate or complete aftertreatment system
Hot Shake Test Benches

Burners:

  • Power 200 kW / 400 kW
  • Gas mass flow from 100 up to 1.500 kg/h
  • max. temperature up to 1.200 °C
  • min. temperature down to 80 °C
  • positive temperature transient: 24.000 K/min (depending on the test sample)
  • negative temperature transient: -12.000 K/min (depending on the test sample)

Shakers:

  • max. force vector: 35 kN / 54 kN
  • max. excitation frequency up to 3.000 Hz
  • min. excitation frequency down to 10 Hz
  • vibration amplitude: +/- 12 mm
